It’s up to the individual foundation and Government Agency on how they distribute their funds, some just give to businesses and other’s give money for everyday expenses. Government Grant Programs are also given out everyday to businesses, students, men, women, children, minorities and more. Ranging from large corporate bail out’s to helping average people start their own small business, go to college or even just to lend them a hand with everyday living expenses and/or medical bills. All 50 States offer these Programs.
